We are looking to build a talent pool of experienced Structural Engineers to support upcoming projects and work scopes.
We anticipate opportunities for approximately two experienced Structural Engineers (or professionals with closely related experience) to join project teams working on brownfield and asset integrity scopes.
About the Role
You will provide structural engineering expertise across a range of activities including structural integrity, inspection, surveys and assessment of existing structures. The role will involve working closely with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop practical, technically robust solutions.
Ideally, you will have:
- CEng in Structural Engineering or a similar recognised professional qualification.
- 8+ years' experience as either a Senior or Engineer, preferably with a strong background in Brownfield developments, Structural integrity management, Inspection and surveys, including subsea and topside assets and analysis and assessment of existing structures
- Proven experience in developing, building and running structural analysis models.
- Experience with the SESAM software package is preferred, although experience with similar structural analysis software and transferable skills will be considered.
- Experience working in client-facing roles, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Previous experience leading or managing small engineering teams would be advantageous.

We're looking for engineers who combine strong technical capability with practical experience of working on existing assets and brownfield projects. You should be comfortable working independently, engaging directly with clients and contributing to or leading small engineering teams.
