Looking for an EXPERIENCED team leader/supervisor
We have an exciting opportunity for the right lovely people to join ourselves on this journey. The Anglesey Arms is situated in a lovely little spot called Halnaker (Chichester) which is a stone's throw away from Goodwood House and all of their lovely amenities. We are also only 200 metres from Tinwood Vineyard, so our back garden leads out on to a beautiful walk up to Halnaker windmill and meanders through the vines.
We have created this business into the destination place to go, with events and exciting times to come. We pride ourselves on high standards of service and the offer that we will deliver our guests.
We are looking for a full time or part time experienced senior supervisor to join, someone who takes pride in themselves, with standards, training and delivering the best experience for all. Someone who has been in this role or a similar role for a number of years, to help support the current management team, with training, day to day runnings of the business and be an overall team player.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
