Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence acceleration and technologies for the future of computing? We have an excellent opportunity to apply your curiosity and creativity in crafting next generation AI hardware accelerators contributing to our system testing team!
We have multiple open positions available across a range of experience levels.
The Role
We’re growing our diverse team, and you’ll contribute to the development and verification of next-generation neural network hardware! Collaborating with experts across global design centers, you’ll help deliver Arm’s next-generation IP using sophisticated tools and methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with emulation platforms such as ZeBu, Palladium, or Strato.
- Familiarity with RTL languages such as SystemVerilog/Verilog.
- Experience in collaboration with EDA vendors to introduce new capabilities, resolve tool issues, and contribute to future tool improvements.
- Skilled in planning system test tasks and producing realistic effort and time estimates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
