Experienced Tree Climber
Salary: £200 - £250 per day
Location: Maidenhead
Are you an experienced Tree Climber or Arborist looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is an established and expanding tree surgery company seeking skilled individuals to join their dedicated team, working across Windsor, Maidenhead, Ascot, Slough, and the surrounding areas in Berkshire.
About the Role
As a Tree Climber with our client, you will be at the forefront of their operations, providing expert tree care and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in every job. Proof of relevant certificates will be required.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tree climbing and arboriculture.
- Relevant certifications (such as NPTC).
- Strong knowledge of tree species and their growth characteristics.
- Proven ability to operate climbing and aerial equipment safely.
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina.
- A keen eye for detail with a focus on safety and quality.
- Good communication skills for working in a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out tree pruning and felling operations while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct tree health assessments and provide recommendations for care.
- Operate and maintain climbing and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding job requirements and progress.
