What you will be doing:
- Serving as the shop floor technical lead, delivering clean, precise, "fixed-first-time" craftsmanship
- Conducting detailed RAC-standard inspections on high-spec 4x4s and prestige commercial vehicles
- Executing advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostic fault-finding using top-tier diagnostic platforms
- Performing major mechanical overhauls, engine work, and component replacements to strict manufacturer standards

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification workshop experience
- Strong diagnostic capabilities
- A valid UK Driving Licence (prestige, 4x4, or commercial experience is a major plus!)
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Poole, making it an easy commute from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne Minster, Wareham, and Blandford Forum.
