TWC Home Group Limited is looking for experienced Window and Door Sales Consultants to join our established field sales team, representing both TWC Home Improvements and Permaframe Home Improvements.

This is an opportunity for proven industry professionals who understand the home improvement sales process and know how to turn quality customer appointments into completed business.

We operate across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Bath, and Somerset, giving experienced representatives throughout these areas the opportunity. You will not be expected to cover the entire operating region. Your individual territory will be tailored around where you live, business demand, and the areas best suited to you.

Our experienced Diary Manager plans appointments carefully, allocating leads as close to each consultant's home territory as possible and keeping unnecessary travel to a minimum.

A premium product range you can sell with confidence

Our complete range of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors is bespoke-made for each individual customer and property.

With A++ energy-rated options and a comprehensive 20-year insurance-backed guarantee, our consultants can offer customers a compelling combination of design, performance, security, and long-term reassurance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Customers also have access to interest-free finance and a wide range of additional credit options, helping you provide flexible purchasing solutions suited to different households and budgets. All finance is subject to status and the applicable terms and conditions.

You will have the freedom to understand each customer's priorities, demonstrate the strength of our products, and create a tailored solution rather than offering an off-the-shelf package.

Quality, properly qualified appointments

Our appointments are carefully qualified before being allocated to the sales team. Wherever a property is jointly owned, appointments are arranged with both homeowners present, ensuring that everyone involved can explore the options, ask questions, and make an informed decision together.

This gives our consultants the best possible opportunity to deliver a complete presentation and progress the sale during the appointment.

We also believe that your work should remain your work. If a customer you have presented to decides to proceed at a later stage, the resulting sale remains credited to you in accordance with the commission structure.

The role

You Will

  • Attend qualified, pre-arranged appointments in customers' homes
  • Sell from our bespoke range of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors
  • Understand each customer's requirements and recommend the right products
  • Deliver confident and engaging product demonstrations
  • Explain the design, energy-efficiency, security, and guarantee benefits of our range
  • Introduce the available interest-free finance and credit options where appropriate
  • Prepare accurate quotations and clearly present the available options
  • Manage the complete sales conversation, from consultation through to securing the order
  • Follow up your opportunities professionally and consistently
  • Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
  • Work closely with our administration, surveying, and installation teams
  • Represent TWC Home Group Limited to a consistently high standard
