The Role

We are looking for an exceptional, forward-thinking Women’s Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team. You will be an integral member of our pelvic health services for women, guiding patients through pre and post natal care, pelvic floor dysfunction, and athletic recovery.

An essential part of this role is understanding that many women want to return to exercise, lifting, running, and active lifestyles.

Your Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in Women’s/Pelvic Health.
  • Driven & Caring: You are intensely results-driven but always lead with compassion and genuine care. You love seeing people succeed.
  • Natural Connector: You are an enthusiastic, inspiring communicator who naturally builds strong, trusting relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Organised Achiever: You possess a strong internal drive to get things done, organise your caseload effectively, and maintain high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert assessment and treatment for a diverse caseload of Women’s Health patients.
  • Design and progress rehabilitation plans that bridge the gap between clinical recovery and a full return to high-level exercise/fitness based on individualised goals.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with our community to ensure their experience is excellent and they feel genuinely cared for.
  • Actively engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the clinical progression of the Fixology team.
