What to Expect
Reporting to the Head of Experiential, the Experiences Manager, PURE is responsible for shaping and delivering McLaren's global PURE Experiences portfolio. This is a hands-on role with direct responsibility for taking programmes from concept and planning through to operational delivery and post-event review.
The role owns the annual PURE calendar and experience roadmap while also leading the detailed development and execution of individual programmes. It ensures that each experience is operationally robust, delivers an exceptional client experience and supports McLaren's wider objectives for client acquisition, engagement, loyalty and long-term value.
Working closely with Regions, Retailers, Sales, CRM, Brand, Product and agency partners, the Experiences Manager, PURE will develop distinctive and commercially disciplined experiences that deepen client relationships and strengthen the global PURE proposition.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the global PURE annual portfolio plan and experience roadmap.
- Own the development and delivery of PURE Track, Epic Drives, Racing Theatre, Lifestyle and Triple Crown experiences.
- Develop new experience concepts, destinations, formats and partnerships that strengthen the PURE proposition.
- Create participant journeys that encourage progression, repeat attendance, loyalty, advocacy and referral.
- Ensure each programme has clearly defined objectives, target audiences, client outcomes and success measures.
- Co-create PURE programme priorities with Regions, incorporating market, audience, cultural and Retailer insight from the outset.
- Partner with Retailers, Sales, CRM and Client Experience teams to support client selection, engagement and post-experience follow-up.
- Lead annual budget planning, forecasting, business cases, supplier negotiations and financial reporting for the PURE portfolio.
- Manage event agencies, venues, suppliers and specialist partners, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, standards and budgets.
- Lead detailed programme planning and operational readiness, including schedules, guest journeys, logistics, supplier coordination, risk management, briefing materials and live delivery.
- Establish consistent global experience standards while allowing appropriate regional adaptation.
- Monitor programme quality, participation, repeat attendance, client feedback and commercial performance.
- Lead post-experience evaluations and use client, operational and regional insight to improve future programmes.
- Make recommendations to scale, adapt, redesign or discontinue programmes based on performance and strategic value.
- Ensure all PURE experiences comply with McLaren brand standards, governance requirements, health and safety obligations and client experience expectations.

What You'll Bring
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in experiential marketing, luxury events, client experiences, hospitality or international programme management.
- Proven track record of owning and developing a portfolio of complex, high-profile or global experiences.
- Strong hands-on experience translating brand, client or commercial strategy into detailed plans and successfully delivered live experiences.
- Experience managing significant budgets, forecasts, supplier contracts and agency relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect programme investment with client and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams and cross-functional project resources.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across global and regional functions.
- Advanced programme and project management capability.
- Strong understanding of premium client journeys, luxury service standards and relationship management.
- Experience using participant feedback and performance information to improve future programmes.
- Experience within luxury, premium automotive, motorsport, travel or hospitality sectors is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
