Account Manager - Experiential Marketing & Events
Location: Hertfordshire
Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are recruiting an Account Manager for a fast-growing experiential marketing and events agency. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, collaborative team where no two projects are the same and there is genuine scope to shape your role and progress your career.
The agency partners with an impressive portfolio of household-name brands, including Weber Europe, TATA, Suntory, Nestle, Reckitt, and Froneri. Its campaigns span both B2C and B2B audiences, from intimate brand experiences to large-scale and international activations.
Projects include festivals, bespoke pop-ups, PR stunts, mass-sampling campaigns, merchandising, trade and consumer shows, and internal training events. Sustainability is also central to the agency's approach, with a focus on reusable structures and more responsible production solutions.
The opportunity
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in taking campaigns from initial brief through to successful delivery. You will work closely with clients, Account Directors, production partners, suppliers, and event teams to create memorable brand experiences that deliver meaningful results.
This is a hands-on, varied role offering exposure to the full campaign lifecycle. It would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys balancing creative thinking with operational detail, and wants a clear route towards a Senior Account Manager position.

- Lead event logistics, from researching and assessing venues to negotiating terms and booking locations on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate production partners and suppliers to transform creative concepts into high-quality live experiences.
- Recruit and manage event teams, including resourcing staff and preparing clear, engaging briefs.
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, transparent project management, and consistently strong delivery.
- Manage campaign reporting, including contact reports, daily event updates, and post-event evaluations.
- Support responses to briefs and pitches by conducting research, developing ideas, and producing compelling presentations and proposal documents.
- Oversee campaign budgets, including forecasting, cost management, and final reconciliations.
- Assess creative feasibility and help develop concepts in response to client feedback, logistical requirements, and budget parameters.
- Manage health and safety requirements, compliance obligations, and third-party suppliers.
- Attend events across the UK, supporting production builds and representing the agency at trade and consumer shows.
- Contribute to new-business opportunities, including RFP responses and client pitches.
About you
We are looking for an experienced events or experiential marketing professional who combines excellent client management with strong production, logistics, and commercial skills.
The successful candidate will bring:
- A minimum of two years' relevant industry experience, ideally within an experiential marketing, events, or integrated agency environment.
- Previous experience delivering mass-sampling, product-sampling, or live-event campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of event production and logistics.
- Confidence managing large-scale or complex budgets, including leading budget reconciliations.
- A practical understanding of health and safety requirements, compliance, and supplier management.
- The ability to oversee creative work, assess feasibility, and develop concepts for client consideration.
- Experience contributing to new-business proposals, RFP documents, and pitches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence working across multiple teams, clients, and projects.
- A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and progress.
- Flexibility to travel nationwide, stay away from home when required, and occasionally work outside standard hours to support live events.
