Experiential Producer — Brand Experiences & Creative Projects
Battersea / Hybrid | £35,000–£70,000 + Benefits
We’re looking for an Experiential Producer to join an independent design and production studio creating physical experiences for major global brands.
The studio’s work spans flagship retail environments, pop-ups, exhibitions, live events and brand activations across the UK and internationally.
This opportunity could suit a midweight Producer ready for greater ownership or an experienced Producer who enjoys leading projects and building lasting client relationships within a collaborative studio.
The role
You’ll take projects from the initial client conversation through creative development, production, live delivery and reconciliation.
Working closely with Directors, designers and an allocated Production Manager, you’ll bring the brief, creative response, budget and programme together. You’ll be the day-to-day client lead and keep the whole project moving.
You’ll maintain oversight of the overall project, ensuring the creative, commercial and production elements stay aligned.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking and interrogating client briefs to establish objectives, priorities and deliverables.
- Working with Directors and designers to develop creative responses.
- Leading day-to-day client communication and building strong relationships.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, scopes of work and project programmes.
- Building and managing overall project budgets and commercial performance.
- Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Leading kick-offs, client meetings, presentations and progress updates.
- Managing feedback, approvals and changes to scope, budget or timings.
- Working with Production Managers to assess feasibility and delivery requirements.
- Tracking project risks, resources, deadlines and quality.
- Supporting pitches and identifying opportunities to develop existing accounts.
- Attending site visits and leading onsite where required.
- Managing project reconciliation and post-project reviews.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You don’t need to be a designer or personally manage every fabrication detail. You do need to understand how physical experiences are delivered and take responsibility for the client relationship, project progress and commercial outcome.
Major-brand, international and retail-environment experience would be advantageous. Experience delivering projects worth £500,000+ is welcome but is not essential.
What’s on offer
- £35,000–£70,000, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
- Discretionary bonus.
- Unlimited holiday.
- Hybrid working between the Battersea studio and remote.
- Personal development allowance.
- Choice of hardware and software.
- UK and international project opportunities.
- Genuine project ownership, working directly with Directors, designers and production specialists.
If you enjoy leading creative projects, building client relationships and bringing ambitious ideas to life in physical environments, we’d love to hear from you.
