Experiential Project Manager | 3-Month Contract
Central London | Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 from home
£350-£400 per day | Outside IR35
3-month contract | Immediate start
I'm looking for an Experiential Project Manager to join a brilliant team on a 3-month contract, delivering exciting, experience-led campaigns.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around live experiences, brand activations and event-led campaigns, ideally with a background in sport or live entertainment.
You'll be working across projects from initial brief through to delivery, keeping everything moving, managing multiple stakeholders and making sure the details are nailed.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing experiential projects and campaigns from brief through to delivery.
- Coordinating creative, production, suppliers and wider project teams.
- Overseeing timelines, budgets, resources and project plans.
- Managing stakeholders and keeping clients and internal teams up to speed.
- Working across live experiences, brand activations and event-led campaigns.
- Troubleshooting challenges and keeping projects on track, even when things get busy.

What I'm looking for:
- Solid experience as an Experiential Project Manager or similar.
- A strong background in experiential, events, brand activations or live campaign delivery.
- Ideally, experience working across sport or live entertainment.
- Confident managing projects end to end, from the initial brief through to live delivery.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting stuck into the detail.
