About Hookflash
We are a digital agency based in London, knitting together digital analytics, SEO/GEO and experimentation (CRO) to help deliver better website experiences and increasing conversions for clients.
Our founders have over 35 years combined experience in the field and are passionate about helping businesses win with data. In an era of LLM assisted journeys and AI-driven experiences, it’s never been more important to understand what your customers want, feel and do. We use this real human insight to optimise brand’s digital experiences; whether that’s a website, app or Amazon store.
We are determined to build the best place to work in digital optimisation. A place where time is not just set aside but actively encouraged, to focus on innovation, learning and development. We're looking to eradicate Sunday Blues from our team’s vocabulary and are proud to have been named in both Campaign’s Best Places to Work and The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For lists for 2026.
The Role
We are looking for a data driven and results oriented CRO Manager to join our Experimentation team at Hookflash. As a CRO Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the direction of our experimentation practice, working closely with analysts, developers, and clients to implement best-in-class CRO programs.
If you are a data-driven optimisation expert with a passion for improving user experiences and driving results, we’d love to hear from you!
What will you be doing?
- Developing and executing experimentation strategies for our clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients, serving as one of the points of contact for client projects, including ongoing program management and maintenance of key project documentation.
- Analysing on-site user journeys and identifying barriers to conversion using tools like GA4, Contentsquare, Hotjar and user research.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and analysis of tests using platforms like AB Tasty, VWO, or Webtrends Optimize.
- Monitor live experiments, conduct post-test analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve website performance.
- Work closely with clients to communicate findings, align on strategy, and support the implementation of recommendations.
- Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, CRO specialists or developers, fostering professional growth and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging CRO technologies, and best practices to continually refine our methodologies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
