Experimentation Manager (Contract)

Initial 4–6 Month Contract

Remote | UK

Ready to make a measurable impact from day one?

If you love turning customer insights into commercial results through experimentation, this could be the contract you've been waiting for.

We're working exclusively with a fast-growing digital consultancy supporting multiple international D2C brands, including one of the UK's best-known subscription brands in the pet space. Following a major ecommerce transformation, they're investing heavily in experimentation to improve customer experience, increase conversion, and drive growth.

They're looking for an experienced Experimentation Manager to join on an initial 4–6 month contract and help establish a robust experimentation programme from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

You'll partner closely with the UX Lead and development team, taking ownership of the end-to-end experimentation process across the flagship D2C brand.

This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll be expected to:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
