šLocation: London - Hybrid (3 days in office)
šReporting to: Head of Product
šRole type: Permanent / Full-time
As our Experimentation Product Manager, you'll run an always-on testing programme across our checkout, paid landers, organic site and cancellation flows. Your goal is to understand why people shop with Wuffes and turn that into proven improvements in revenue per visitor and LTV:CAC. We care about quality over volume: a few well-built experiments with a high win rate beat dozens of guesses. You'll own the process end to end, from research and hypothesis through to launch and analysis. As Wuffes grows into new websites, categories and countries, your role grows with it!
šYour responsibilities:
- Research. Dig into our site, our competitors and our data (analytics, heatmaps, user recordings) to understand why customers shop with Wuffes, how they use the site, and where they convert, hesitate or leave.
- Plan and design. Turn those insights into sharp, testable ideas. Plan and design experiments on your own that deliver proven improvements to the core metrics behind revenue per visitor (RPV), CAC and LTV. We favour a few high-quality tests with a high win rate over volume.
- Build and ship. Ship experiments across all our customer touchpoints: paid landing pages, our main website, checkout and cancellation flows. You'll start with checkout, then move on to paid landers and customer segmentation. You'll be building experiments yourself using self-service tools like Intelligems and Aftersell, and should be comfortable using Claude Code to make simple changes to the site for experiments. For bigger or more complex changes you'll have the full support from our engineering and design team.
- Analyse and decide. Analyse results rigorously and make clear calls on what to roll out, iterate on or drop, even when the data is uncertain.
- Collaborate. Work with design, engineering, growth and brand on more complex experiments. Spot where extra resources are needed, and feed ideas to the wider team alongside your own programme.
- Share learnings. Report on and maintain a database of lessons from every experiment, yours and the wider product team's, so what we learn in one place helps everywhere else.
- Raise the bar. Improve, teach and champion a rigorous approach to experimentation across the whole pack.

Iām in my final year doing Economics and I donāt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer ā it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donāt need a masters. Letās look at the ones youād be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet ā that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
