What Makes Us a Great Place To Work
We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join FRWD, Bain & Company’s marketing acceleration capability and an expert community within our Marketing Excellence practice. Our approximately 100 expert practitioners bring experience from leading in-house marketing teams, agencies, and technology platforms and partner with clients to drive meaningful business results and transformation.
FRWD helps clients solve their toughest marketing challenges across B2C and B2B environments. Our work spans marketing strategy, media and marketing optimization, e-commerce and retail media, marketing experimentation, account-based marketing, marketing technology, measurement and analytics, generative AI, and data strategy.
You’ll work alongside FRWD experts, Bain consultants, client teams, and client agencies to turn deep marketing expertise and actionable insights into measurable business impact. FRWD is an expert community within Bain & Company; we are not an agency and do not provide agency-of-record services to our clients.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Expert Consultant within FRWD, you’ll be a seasoned marketing practitioner who drives key workstreams within integrated Bain case teams. You’ll combine hands-on platform experience, data, and analysis to generate insights and help clients solve complex marketing challenges.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
