Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and managing Export shipments from Start to Finish
  • Liaising with clients and other branches, overseas agents, hauliers, etc.
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers, dealing with any queries and providing timely updates
  • Completion of Customs entries
  • Monitoring shipments until delivery
  • Job costing and invoicing
  • Providing a first class customer service
