Export Coordinator £30,000 Ossett, Wakefield
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based in Ossett, Wakefield who are looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to join their team.
Salary: £30,000
Location: Wakefield
Full-time Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate export orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Prepare and process export documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
- Arrange international shipments and monitor deliveries.
- Ensure all export documentation and procedures comply with relevant regulations.
- Manage shipping schedules and resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed throughout the export process.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working within an export or international logistics role is essential.
- Good understanding of export procedures and documentation.
- Experience dealing with freight forwarders and international shipments.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
