About The Role

In this role, you’ll support the smooth export of products from the UK to the ROI, EU and wider international markets. You’ll coordinate the documentation required for shipments that need Export Health Certificates (official paperwork required for certain exported goods).

Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you’ll gather and chase key information to ensure export paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on time. Your work will help keep shipments moving and prevent delays at the border.

You’ll also keep the Export Compliance Manager and Supply Chain teams updated on progress, ensuring everyone has clear visibility of timelines and any risks. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where your organisation and communication skills will make a real impact.

This role would suit someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating export certification processes to ensure the timely movement of goods from the UK to international markets
  • Gathering key information from internal teams and suppliers to ensure all export documentation is accurate and complete
  • Proactively communicating with suppliers to obtain required documents (e.g. attestations, approval numbers, import certificates and processing confirmations) on time and in full
  • Tracking progress and providing regular updates to the Export Compliance Manager to ensure alignment on timelines and priorities
  • Supporting liaison with Official Veterinarians and relevant regulatory bodies to ensure certifications are completed to schedule
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep processes running smoothly
  • Adapting quickly to changing requirements, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
