Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in West Drayton for an Export Coordinator. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing export documentation
- Coordinating with customers
- Ensuring compliance with export regulations
- Handling customer inquiries
Day-to-day tasks will include:

- Preparing quotations
- Shipping documents
- Liaising with carriers
- Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Experience with Export Documentation and compliance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Ocean freight and Export and Customs procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in logistics software is a plus
