What You Will Do

  • Liaise with agents, freight forwarders, and hauliers to ensure shipping documents are accurate and timely.
  • Produce essential export paperwork, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and EUR1 forms.
  • Ensure all movements follow international trade laws, local import/export regulations, and the correct Incoterms.
  • Maintain compliant records by monitoring the regulatory environment, including commodity code reviews, end use certification, and export licence checks.
  • Support freight processes by managing an approved freight forwarder list and ensuring required forms are completed and up to date.
  • Communicate delivery updates clearly and professionally, helping reduce delays and keep internal stakeholders informed.

What You Will Bring

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding, with a strong understanding of export administration.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills, with a methodical approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with external partners.
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
  • GCSE level English and Mathematics (or equivalent) to support clear documentation and reporting.
