Job Summary

We're working with a well-established international freight forwarder with over 30 years of success and a global network spanning more than 100 offices across 30 countries.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Export Sea Freight Operations Coordinator to join the team.
The Role
You'll take ownership of sea freight shipments, ensuring cargo moves efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities
- Managing FCL and LCL sea freight shipments.
- Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers, and customers.
- Preparing and checking shipping documentation.
- Coordinating customs clearance.
- Monitoring vessel schedules and keeping customers informed.
- Arranging deliveries and resolving any shipment issues.
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Sea Freight Exports.
- Knowledge of FCL and LCL shipments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
