Job Overview

Job Purpose & Objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors
- Manage customer enquiries, orders, CRM updates, and stock information
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
- Collaborate with global colleagues to support export sales targets
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service
Candidate Requirements (About You)

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
- A positive team player with excellent attention to detail
- Export experience or knowledge of StatLab/CellPath products is desirable but not essential
