Export Sales Manager
Location: London (Hybrid Working, Minimum 3 Days in Office)
Salary: £32k per annum (depending on experience)

We also represent a portfolio of client publishers including: Batsford, V&A, Flying Eye, Enchanted Lion, Galison, Self Made Hero, Riverside Press, Nine Bean Rows, Messy Press.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our dynamic sales team as Export Sales Manager for our sales throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, Italy, Middle East, Africa (incl. South Africa), Asia, and Ireland.

Responsibilities
- Managing sales to accounts in the above-mentioned territories – in collaboration with the international sales agents and directly
- Working closely with the in-house export team to keep agents and customers up-to-date with information and sales material
- Timely processing of customer orders and dealing with queries from customers, distributors, and reps throughout the territories
- Organising and attending trade fairs (London, Frankfurt)
- Managing twice-yearly sales conference
- Overseeing and selling to a selection of international customers directly
- Tracking the promotional and marketing budgets
- Sending out regular newsletters
- Regular international travel will be expected
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working in a sales role in publishing
- Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with customers and sales agents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills, supported by strong attention to detail, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- An ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize your time
- Pro-activeness and the ability to work on your own initiative
