EXPORT SALES – UK & INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

(Ref. ANN432904)

WORK LOCATION: Wales, United Kingdom. A mandatory 6–12-month training period will take place at the company's UK headquarters, followed by relocation to Italy within the Group's international commercial organization.

CONTRACT: Full-time permanent contract

SALARY: €40,000 – €50,000 gross annual salary


The Company

Our client operates in the medical devices, emergency response, rescue equipment, and technical products sectors. As part of an international growth strategy, the company is strengthening its commercial organization and investing in the development of future Export Managers who will play a key role in supporting distributors and international markets.


The Role

During the first 6–12 months, you will gain a deep understanding of the company's products, customers, culture, and commercial processes through an immersive training program based in Wales. Upon completion of the training period, you will relocate to Italy and join an international sales hub where you will support distributors and business partners while progressively developing responsibility for international markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a long-term career in international sales and export management.

Your Activities

  • You will support distributors and international partners in commercial and after-sales activities.
  • You will develop long-term relationships with B2B customers and key stakeholders.
  • You will coordinate customer requests and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • You will identify opportunities to expand sales activities in existing and emerging markets.
  • You will contribute to the development and organization of the international sales network.
  • You will participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • You will monitor market developments and provide commercial insights.
  • You will travel internationally for approximately 50% of your working time.

You Could Be the Right Person If

  • You are fluent in English; German is considered a plus.
  • You have previous experience in sales, export sales, business development, or customer-facing B2B roles.
  • You are available for frequent international travel.
  • You are willing to complete the initial training period in Wales and subsequently relocate to Italy.
  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • You are comfortable working in multicultural and international environments.
  • Experience in FMCG, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, rescue equipment, technical textiles, outdoor products, or related sectors will be considered a plus.
  • You are ambitious and interested in developing a career in international sales management.
