Job Title: Exposure Analyst

Entity: Rokstone Underwriting

Department: Operations

Location: London/Hybrid (3 days in the office)

This isn’t a job description. It’s your invitation.

At Rokstone Underwriting, we don’t hire to fill seats. We bring people in to build something real.

We want people to join us (that person might be you) on our mission to be the world’s most inspiring insurance group, not by playing it safe but by delivering the unexpected and creating meaningful impact. That means backing ideas early, trusting people to own their work and giving them the space to grow faster than they thought possible.

Some people join us knowing exactly where they want to go. Others figure it out once they’re here. Both work here - the question is, will you?

What You’ll Take On (the actual job description)

This is a rare opportunity to learn from experienced Exposure Management specialists while developing expertise in catastrophe modelling, exposure reporting and underwriting analytics.

This is an ideal first step for a recent graduate from a Social Science, Geography, Environmental Science or similar background who enjoys working with data, solving problems and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. You'll be trusted from day one, supported by experienced colleagues and given the opportunity to build a specialist career in Exposure Management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
