Exposure Analyst

The Exposure Analyst joins our client’s risk and data analytics team to support the delivery of catastrophe modelling, portfolio analytics, and exposure management activities. The role plays a key part in assisting underwriting decisions through technical analysis and close collaboration with modelling outputs. Success is measured by the quality of insights provided and the ability to work effectively within a highly automated and technology-driven environment.

Role Overview

The role reports to the hiring manager and works closely with the Exposure Management and Underwriting teams. The analyst will be responsible for supporting catastrophe and non-catastrophe exposure analysis, assisting in portfolio impact assessments, and contributing to the development of modelling workflows. Engaging with data analytics tools such as Verisk AIR Touchstone and proprietary platforms like Graphene, the role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong technical skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
