Job Purpose

We have a young, efficient, wide-bodied fleet, with ample capacity to transport cargo through our state-of-the-art, multi-airport hub in Dubai and adapt to our customers ever-changing needs.
We are looking for a frontline sales professional who has express/courier experience and a track record in new business acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Identify, select and manage external commercial partners for the Express project across a number of countries.
- Drive volume, revenue, share of wallet and compliance with assigned commercial partners, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Express Services are effectively marketed with all customer segments.
Manage and provide support to external commercial partners and ensure partner agreements are constantly evolving to enhance sales proposition.
- Manage account management concerns and issues in a timely way, focusing on customer needs & sales and manage partners termination and replacement where necessary.
- Understand market trends and have constant inputs into how to enhance commercial processes, driving improvements with the wider Express team through accurate and relevant reporting. Become involved in project work relating to this.
- Collaborate closely with Express Operations Partner to drive maximum value out of partnerships, including involvement in new commercial models, partner identification and negotiations.
- Co-ordinate training and development activities for external commercial partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver on their requirements.
- Liaise with IT and Finance to ensure all system and payment matters involving Express Commercial Partners are executed effectively.
- Engage effectively with CCMB to ensure an annual marketing campaign is developed, incorporating specific country and target audience factors.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years' Logistics/Cargo experience.
- Experience in Express sales and commercial management, vendor management and performance management, this includes historical involvement in key account management, pricing and RFI/RFQ response strategies.
- Customer service / call centre experience preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency in analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to create financial business cases.
- Proven experience in legal contracting with partners/clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen, with the ability to assertively manage internal and external stakeholders.
