Shape the Future of Europe's Data Centre Market
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Commercial and Cost Management professionals who would be interested in future opportunities supporting major Data Centre developments across Europe.
Whilst these are not currently live vacancies, we are building a network of specialist talent for upcoming hyperscale and mission-critical projects and would welcome hearing from professionals interested in rotational assignments across Europe.
Future Opportunities May Include:
Commercial Director
- Strategic leadership of commercial functions across large-scale Data Centre programmes
- Oversight of contract management, procurement strategy, risk and commercial performance
- Leading client engagement and senior stakeholder relationships
- Mentoring and developing commercial teams to ensure project success
MEP Cost Manager
- Providing cost management and commercial support across Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health packages
- Managing cost planning, procurement, valuation and change control processes
- Working closely with project teams, consultants and contractors to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
- Supporting project delivery from feasibility through to final account

CSA Cost Manager
- Delivering cost management services across Civil, Structural and Architectural disciplines
- Developing cost plans, budgets and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing tendering activities, contractor negotiations and commercial reporting
- Supporting successful project delivery through robust cost control and risk management
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Data Centres, mission-critical environments, construction, infrastructure or major capital projects
- Strong commercial acumen and cost management expertise
- Knowledge of procurement strategies, contract administration and commercial governance
- Experience working within complex, multidisciplinary project teams
- Willingness to work on rotational assignments across Europe
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
