As our Eastern region continues to grow, we're keen to hear from talented commercial professionals who are interested in future opportunities across our expanding portfolio of projects. Whether you're developing your career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or are an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
Our Eastern region has a strong pipeline of work across the education, healthcare, defence, science & technology, commercial and public sectors. We are delivering and pursuing some of the region's most significant projects, including major schemes valued at £100m+, alongside a consistent pipeline of regional projects ranging from £30m to £60m.
Current and Future Opportunities
We are looking to build our talent pool for the following roles:
- Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveyor
- Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Managing Quantity Surveyor
These opportunities are based across our Eastern region and will support a diverse range of projects from pre-construction through to final account.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from individuals who can demonstrate:
- Experience within a main contracting environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
- A proactive approach to risk management, cost control, and value creation.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering successful project outcomes.
