As our Eastern region continues to grow, we're looking to connect with talented design professionals who are interested in future opportunities across our expanding project portfolio. Whether you're an Assistant Design Manager looking to take the next step in your career or an experienced Senior Design Manager seeking to lead the delivery of major schemes, we'd love to hear from you.
Our Eastern region has a strong pipeline of work across the education, healthcare, defence, science & technology, commercial and public sectors. We are delivering and pursuing some of the region's most significant projects, including major schemes valued at £100m+, alongside a healthy programme of regional projects typically ranging from £30m to £60m.

We're Keen To Hear From Individuals Who Can Demonstrate
- Experience managing the design process within a main contractor, consultancy or design-led environment.
- A strong understanding of construction methodologies and technical delivery.
- The ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative approach focused on delivering quality, innovation and value for our clients.
