We are looking to appoint founding KS2 Educators with an appetite for innovation to help bring this model to life. We will begin recruiting for roles within our founding team from April 2026. AI handles personalisation. You ensure precision.

Mornings focus on mastery of Mathematics, Reading, Science, Languages and Computing, fully aligned to the English National Curriculum. They are delivered in a focused, high-intensity morning block of approximately three hours, leveraging adaptive technology and expert teaching to maximise learning efficiency.

You will:

Design and maintain clear KS2 progression pathways Define mastery benchmarks and non-negotiables Use live data to identify and close gaps quickly Deliver short, sharp, high-impact workshops Ensure automaticity, depth and secondary readiness

Afternoon: Applied Intelligence

Afternoons translate knowledge into action. Projects. Public speaking. Leadership. Entrepreneurship. Real problems. Real audiences. Real outcomes.

You will:

Lead structured, high-energy life-skills workshops Coach every child to speak with clarity and confidence Develop resilience, ownership and goal-setting Facilitate projects culminating in tangible outputs Build a culture where effort and excellence are unmistakable THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: We are looking for a rare combination of curriculum expertise, coaching presence, and builder mindset.
