Are you passionate about shaping the future workforce in Education and Early Years? We are seeking expressions of interest from motivated and experienced individuals who are keen to explore an opportunity to join our ambitious sixth form college as a Programme Lead & Lecturer in Education and Early Years.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving and supportive team delivering T Level Education and Early Years alongside Level 2 and 3 Health-related courses, with a strong focus on developing industry links and enhancing student outcomes.

If you are considering a move into Further Education teaching, you may be eligible for:
- Taking Teaching Further (TTF) – a funded programme to support industry professionals into teaching
- Targeted Retention Incentive – payments of up to £6,000 for eligible teachers in high-need subject areas during their first five years

- Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Experienced in planning and delivering inclusive learning sessions
- Confident in monitoring student progress and driving achievement
- Committed to continuous professional development
Qualifications (or Willingness To Achieve)
- Degree in Education, Children and Early Years or a related subject
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to complete within two years)
- Assessor qualification (or willingness to achieve)
- GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Level 2
