Grade B - £42,044 (National Framework) or £47,900 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25)
- There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £600 per annum for those working from home. Please note for part time roles – this will be pro rata.

Opportunity for Inspectors
We are seeking expressions of interest from current Primary & Community Care (PCC) Inspectors who are passionate about improving care and outcomes within community health services.
Successful candidates will dedicate 50% of their time to Community Health Services regulatory activity and 50% of their time to wider Primary Care portfolio activity. Successful candidates will remain aligned to their current teams and line managers.
This approach will help build Community Health Services inspection capacity while ensuring continued support for the wider Primary Care portfolio.
About The Role
Successful applicants will:
- Undertake specialist Primary Care and Community Health Services inspection and regulatory activity.
- Commit to completing the required Community Health Services training and development programme.
- Dedicate approximately 50% of their working time to Community Health Services regulatory activity, with the remaining 50% supporting wider Primary Care portfolio work.
- Support the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and expert regulation across Community Health Services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across regions, sharing learning, expertise, and best practice.
Who We're Looking For

- Can dedicate approximately 50% of their working time to Community Health Services regulatory activity, with the remaining 50% supporting wider Primary Care portfolio work.
- Are able to balance competing priorities across Community Health Services and Primary Care portfolios.
- Are enthusiastic about contributing to a national team and supporting continuous improvement.
