At Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, we deliver some of the UK's most complex and critical infrastructure projects. We are exploring exciting new opportunities in Reading and want to hear from talented Safety, Health and Environmental professionals who are passionate about making a difference.
We are looking to hear from individuals interested in future opportunities for the following roles:
- SHE Manager
- SHE Advisor
- Environmental Advisor
The Opportunity
These positions will support the safe, sustainable and successful delivery of a major infrastructure programme. Working as part of a collaborative project team, you will help drive industry-leading standards across health, safety and environmental performance whilst ensuring compliance, innovation and continuous improvement remain at the heart of delivery.
This is an opportunity to join a project from its early stages and play a key role in shaping the culture, standards and environmental performance that underpin successful project delivery.
About You
We're keen to hear from individuals who can demonstrate:
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, nuclear or related sectors.
- A proactive and positive approach to SHE leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to influence behaviours and promote a positive safety culture.
- Experience supporting operational teams to achieve best-in-class SHE performance.
- A commitment to delivering sustainable and environmentally responsible outcomes.
