About the Role
In Research & Development (R&D), we bring together highly skilled professionals—Scientists, Engineers, Medical, Clinical, and Regulatory experts—working to transform ideas into innovations that improve lives. Your Responsibilities
- Deliver the Europe EMO qualification programme, including audits and desktop assessments as required
- Support Reckitt factory supplier audits when needed
- Escalate issues identified during audit or qualification activities
- Collaborate closely with EMOs and cross-functional teams to address significant quality concerns, conducting investigations and investigative audits
- Assist the Quality Manager in critical event investigations
- Support delivery of team KPIs
- Train and coach other team members as appropriate
- Participate in external regulatory authority inspections when required
- Propose quality improvements to suppliers and monitor implementation
- Maintain auditor qualifications and competency to industry standards

The Experience We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Trained and experienced lead auditor with proven expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of quality and regulatory requirements, including:
- EU GMP
- ISO 13485
- ISO 22716
- ISO 9001
- Experience across a wide range of manufacturing operations, including:
- Therapeutic areas
- Product classifications
- In-depth technical understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to critically analyze regulatory guidance and legislation in practice
- Strong organizational skills, with proven cross-functional collaboration experience
- Expertise in risk assessment
