Location: Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a warm, compassionate, and proactive Extra Care Registered Manager to provide person-centered care and support to our service users. The service is based in vibrant, multi-generational Cecil Gardens, which supports service users to be independent and foster connections with the community. As the CQC Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of Cecil Gardens along with a wider senior team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support are provided.
- Empower clients and meet their needs and preferences.
- Work in conjunction with service users’ families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere within the service.
- Maintain orientation and independence in an empathetic and holistic way.
- Manage a team of care staff at Cecil Gardens.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in services for people with a range of support needs.
- Willingness to embrace all aspects of the role, including providing support with dignified personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access employment, education, and social opportunities.
- Warm, person-centered, and respectful approach.
- Flexibility, energy, and reliability.
- Willingness to work occasional shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
