Working in a flexible model, the supervising associate will specifically work to help build the profile of EY-Parthenon, supporting the growth of this sub-brand through a range of media relations and social media support.
Responsibilities and tasks may range from coordinating announcements, drafting press releases and media briefing packs, gathering results, and more. Social media tasks include advising and supporting senior EY leaders with personal social media profiles, creating social media content for the EY-Parthenon and EY Global social media channels, commissioning and approving creative assets including graphics and videos.
In addition, the supervising associate will look to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools to monitor media coverage, analyze trends, and generate timely insights that inform strategy and execution. The role involves staying up-to-date with advancements in AI-driven analytics and automation, embedding these technologies into program delivery to drive measurable results and efficiency.
The supervising associate will also be required to work directly with key stakeholders across the business and recommend and execute various plans and initiatives across multiple programs. Overall, the supervising associate is agile and able to quickly and easily flex from one portfolio to another – supporting the Associate Director and leading programs as needed.
The dynamic self-starter has intellectual rigor and curiosity to work with complex and/or technical subject matter to create compelling and headline-grabbing media stories that work across the world. The ideal candidate is an experienced, organized, proactive, energetic, detail-oriented communications professional who enjoys a mix of planning, practical execution, through to measurement.

- Collaborate closely with the EY-Parthenon PR Lead as part of the EY Global Media Relations & Social Media Team to deliver measurable results and impactful programs.
- Leveraging the team’s AI agents to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Cultivate relationships with target media and secure coverage for key programs and initiatives, utilizing AI-powered research tools to identify relevant journalists and outlets, and to tailor outreach strategies for maximum impact.
- Bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to the team; remain current on PR and social media trends, including advancements in artificial intelligence, and embed these approaches into strategies and execution.
- Prepare press releases and supporting materials (such as talking points, briefing documents, and media pitches), with the support of AI writing assistants to ensure clarity, consistency, and timeliness.
- Support EY-Parthenon’s social media channels by creating engaging assets, managing approvals, scheduling posts, and reporting performance, with the aid of AI scheduling and analytics platforms to optimize posting times and content reach.
- Provide guidance and counsel to EY-Parthenon senior leaders on social media, including the use of AI-driven content recommendations to enhance their online presence and engagement.
- Continue to develop media relations and social skills by taking advantage of EY and industry learning modules, as well as learning from senior or specialist team members, including training on the effective use of AI agents within the team.
- Work across time zones and communicate regularly with the EY global PR network, ensuring the sharing of AI-powered insights and briefing colleagues on initiatives where appropriate.
- Draft regular progress reports for EY-Parthenon global leadership on PR activity and metrics, integrating data and analysis generated by AI-driven reporting tools to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Support other EY Service Lines and Corporate Programs as needed to help deliver against the All In strategy, making use of AI agents to coordinate and manage cross-functional tasks efficiently.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to monitor media coverage and social sentiment, identifying emerging trends and opportunities for proactive engagement, and use the team’s AI agents to automate alerts and summarize key developments.
- Utilize AI-driven analytics to assess the effectiveness of PR and social media campaigns, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies and reporting, and drawing on AI agents for continuous improvement recommendations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
