Store Manager – Covent Garden Flagship | Luxury Eyewear
We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Store Manager to lead our Covent Garden flagship boutique, representing two internationally recognised eyewear brands: For Art’s Sake and Esmont. Both brands are known for design innovation, high craftsmanship, and a strong global presence, and our flagship store is the centrepiece of our London retail network.
This role is all about driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience. Our boutique is intimate, but our turnover is high — built on storytelling, exceptional service, and strong client relationships. The right candidate will combine commercial focus with leadership skills, ensuring that every client encounter reflects the quality and prestige of our brands.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience, creating meaningful connections with every client.
- Train, support, and motivate a small team in client engagement, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure both For Art’s Sake and Esmont collections are presented to the highest luxury standard.
- Drive in-store marketing initiatives and contribute to brand storytelling.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and liaise with the warehouse team.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new employees, sharing proven sales techniques and best practices.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven luxury retail experience, with a strong track record in sales and client relationship building.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on creating memorable luxury experiences.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Experience in eyewear or optical retail, including knowledge of prescriptions, is a strong advantage but not essential. The key requirement is a proven ability to increase sales performance.
