Hi Everyone, we are Recruiting for a new Deputy Fundraising Manager!

Are you an experienced Face-to-Face Fundraiser ready to take the next step into leadership? We’re looking for a passionate and motivated F2F Deputy Manager to support our fundraising team and help make a real difference to the RNLI’s mission to help save Every One. 🌊

About the Role:

  • Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of F2F Fundraisers across 2 hubs: Dundee & Fife + Edinburgh & East Lothian.
  • Help motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets and KPIs.
  • Aid with continued on-the-ground support and promoting best practice within fundraising.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead an energetic team working with the public at Lifeboat stations, beaches, and events.

  • Experienced and successful in face-to-face fundraising.
  • Confident supporting and motivating a team.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and solution-focused.
  • A strong communicator and team player.
  • Comfortable with travel to visit the team, particularly during the busy summer months.
  • Able to hold a valid driving licence.
