Fabric Technician

๐Ÿ“ Berkeley Square, London, W1
๐Ÿ•’ Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
๐Ÿข Pareto FM

The Opportunity

Pareto FM is looking for a skilled and proactive Fabric Technician to join our on-site team at a prestigious client location in the heart of London's West End.

This is a site-based role responsible for carrying out a wide range of fabric maintenance, repair, installation, and improvement works across the building. Working within a high-profile environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring the site remains safe, functional, and maintained to the highest standards.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in fabric maintenance, construction, or carpentry who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and providing excellent customer service.

The Role

As a Fabric Technician, you'll undertake both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the site, supporting the wider engineering team and ensuring building assets remain in excellent condition.

You'll be responsible for investigating maintenance requests, identifying materials and resources required, carrying out repairs, and ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues and site stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
