Role Overview
A multi-skilled, foot-mobile role for someone with a hands-on maintenance background.
You will be:
- Reeve's first line of service.
- Attending a fault, assessing it on site, and either fixing it there and then or scoping it properly for a specialist contractor. This includes taking pressure and temperature readings, and judging whether a fault is fabric, mechanical, controls, or electrical before it gets escalated.
- Carrying out minor plumbing and mechanical repairs: tap cartridges, valves, TRVs, actuators, small pipework alterations, fan and motor swaps, washroom fittings, blockages, and leaks.
- Carrying out fabric repairs and making good: door furniture and closers, locks and ironmongery, ceiling tiles, flooring, skirtings, plasterboard patching, filling, sanding, and decoration.
- Performing light carpentry: building and fitting cabinets, shelving, desks, partitions, and bespoke fixes.
- Performing site inspections, logging asset condition, and reporting where major repairs or planned works are needed before they become reactive failures.
- Supervising attending contractors where required: ensuring site access, permits, and RAMS are in place, and signing off that the finished work meets Kitt's standards.
- Supporting the wider operations team: whiteboards, TV wall mounts, signage, furniture assembly, snagging, and final finish.

About Reeve
Kitt designs and operates workspace for brands worth leaving home for. Reeve is our sister platform: the AI that runs the portfolio: reactive jobs, compliance, suppliers, dispatch, reporting. Same business, two brands.
We are rapidly expanding across London and are onboarding 20+ buildings over the next 12 months.
About You
- Proven experience within maintenance or construction.
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Basic maths skills.
- An expert problem solver, you can think outside the box to come up with solutions.
- Good communication ability and confidence in front of clients. You will be representing Reeve in a professional manner.
- Well-organised with good attention to detail.
- Health and safety is a priority and you can spot problems before they happen.
- Comfortable working alone and also as part of a team.
Qualifications (required)
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in a relevant trade: carpentry and joinery, plumbing, building maintenance, or mechanical engineering services.
Qualifications (preferable)
- Gas Safe registration
- F-Gas Category I
- Legionella / L8 water hygiene
- 18th Edition (C&G 2382) and City & Guilds 2391 testing and inspection

Interview Process
- Initial phone call with a member of the maintenance team.
- In-person interview with Michael O'Dwyer (Maintenance Manager) and Charlotte Vaughan-Reynolds (Head of Operations).
- Final interview with Simon Warner (COO).
