Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a busy facilities maintenance team based at a large commercial site in Stafford.
This is a temporary role working for a leading facilities management provider, offering consistent full-time hours and an immediate start.

Contract: Temporary
Start Date: 18th May 2026
End Date: 11th August 2026
Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour PAYE
Duties Will Include
- Carrying out general fabric maintenance and repair works
- Basic building maintenance duties across the site
- Completing maintenance records and documentation accurately
- Reporting faults and issues to management promptly
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider maintenance and engineering team where required

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within fabric maintenance or building maintenance
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and professional approach to work
