About The Role

Fabrication Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the fabrication activities associated with major structural steel and mechanical fabrication packages within the Sizewell C Marine & Tunnels programme.

Working as part of the Marine & Tunnels Fabrication Delivery Team, the role will be predominantly based at supplier manufacturing facilities (primarily within the UK) to provide continuous oversight of fabrication activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, in accordance with programme and contractual requirements.

Reporting to the Package Manager, the Fabrication Manager will act as the primary engineering and delivery interface between the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), the fabricator, independent assurance bodies and the wider project team. The role provides technical leadership during manufacture while driving progress, managing quality compliance and ensuring timely resolution of engineering and production issues.

This is a permanent position within the Sizewell C Civil Works Alliance.

  • Ensure inspection records and manufacturing dossiers are maintained.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
