Position overview
Watson & Brookman Engineers are recruiting a skilled welder and fabricator to join our team in Chawston. The role will cover a wide variety of materials and welding processes alongside high-quality accurate fabrication requirements.
We offer a competitive salary and 23 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- TIG Welding
- MIG Welding
- Machine fabrication
- Hand fitting and assembly

Qualifications/ Experience
- Engineering qualifications (or experience to suit)
- Welding qualifications (or experience to suit)
- Capable of reading and processing engineering drawings
- Forklift license (preferred)
- Full driving license

We provide bespoke engineering solutions specializing in manufacture, supply and installation of high-quality stainless-steel products for the agricultural crop sprayer and vegetable processing industries.

Watson & Brookman has internal capability to cover start to finish product manufacture covering design, laser cutting and forming, welding and fabrication to material finishing and assembly.
Our fabrication staff work in small teams for most daily activity.
