With a prestigious customer base including Airbus, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, Lockheed Martin, and more, we are proud to support some of the most advanced aerospace and motorsport programmes in the world. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Aircraft / Aerospace Fitters to join our high-performing production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job routings.
  • Perform precision fabrication and assembly of aerospace and motorsport pipe and duct assemblies.
  • Operate hand tools and machinery for cutting, deburring, drilling, riveting, and forming.
  • Carry out pipe end forming processes including flaring, beading, and swaging (Harrison, Permaswage, Metric, Eaton).
  • Assemble components using mechanical techniques and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, and nickel alloys (tube diameters 3mm–25mm).
  • Maintain traceability and adhere to quality control procedures.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience in hand fabrication and mechanical assembly.
  • Background in sheet metal or thin section tube work.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
  • Experience in aerospace, motorsport, or similar high-precision industries is advantageous.
