Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week + Regular Overtime Available
We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with consistent overtime and excellent rates of pay.
Pay & Overtime
- Basic Rate: £25.00 per hour
- 40-hour standard working week
- Overtime paid at 1.3x, 1.5x and 2x your hourly rate, depending on hours worked.

The Role
Working within a busy fabrication workshop, your duties will include:
- MIG welding mild steel to a high standard.
- Fabricating components from engineering drawings.
- Measuring, marking out, cutting and assembling fabricated steelwork.
- Using workshop machinery and fabrication equipment safely.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Working both independently and as part of an experienced fabrication team.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder Fabricator.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Competent using fabrication tools and workshop equipment.
- Own air-fed welding mask is essential.
- Own safety boots and standard PPE.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work to production deadlines.
Salary: 23 - 25 GBP Per hour
