Fabricator Welder / MIG Welder

Monday to Friday

7am - 3pm

Fabricator Welder Wanted for a Fantastic Monday to Friday Opportunity

Are you an experienced Fabricator Welder or MIG Welder looking for a new opportunity with excellent Monday to Friday hours?

We are recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join an established manufacturing business in Kingswinford. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding steel components to a high standard.

The role would suit an experienced welder/fabricator who enjoys working in a busy engineering environment and is confident working from drawings and specifications.

The Role

As a Fabricator Welder, Your Duties Will Include

  • MIG welding and general fabrication
  • Fabricating and assembling steel components
  • Working from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Cutting, grinding, drilling, and preparing materials
  • Measuring and marking out accurately
  • Welding a range of steel thicknesses
  • Carrying out quality checks on finished products
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to specification
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

Ideally, You Will Have

  • Previous experience in a fabrication and welding environment
  • Strong MIG welding experience
  • The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Experience working with mild steel
  • Good measuring and marking-out skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A good understanding of fabrication processes
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience working with pressure vessels, tanks, or similar fabricated products would be highly beneficial, but is not essential.

What's on Offer?

  • £14.00 - £17.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • No weekends
  • No rotating shifts
  • Established manufacturing environment
  • Dudley location
