Who are we looking for?

Positive, can do, roll your sleeves up attitude - sure we want the skills too, but we can always help you develop those

Skilled Fabricators to turn shop drawings into precise, high-quality pipe assemblies. If you can fabricate it, we want to see it. Ideally you will be experienced in carbon steel and/or stainless steel pipe but if you aren’t we can train you

Attention to detail — you’ll read and interpret drawings, fabricate to exact specifications, and maintain top-quality standards in a right-first-time environment

Continual improvement – no-one’s perfect but we really want to talk to those who are willing to continually learn and improve. We are looking for results-driven people who take ownership and thrive in fast-moving environments.

Who will you work with?

Our Fabrication team has a unique culture built on continuous learning, precision, and high quality workmanship. They take pride in bringing bespoke mechanical pipe systems to life through off-site manufacturing — and doing it right, every time. If you focus on results, care about what really matters, and want to be part of a team that gets things done, you’ll fit right in.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
