Facade Estimator

London
Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Facade Estimator to join a specialist building envelope contractor working across curtain walling, glazing, cladding and facade packages.

This role would suit someone with strong estimating experience who understands how to price facade works accurately, review technical drawings, assess project risks and build clear, competitive tenders.

You will work closely with commercial, design, procurement and project teams to help secure high-quality work across a range of facade and glazing projects.

The role will involve:

  • Preparing tenders for curtain walling, glazing, cladding and facade packages
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules and tender documents
  • Carrying out take-offs and building cost estimates
  • Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Identifying risks, exclusions, clarifications and value engineering opportunities
  • Working with design and project teams to ensure pricing is practical and buildable
  • Supporting tender submissions, handovers and post-tender queries

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
