Facades Manager – Cardiff

Duration: 6 months contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facades Manager to join a major main contractor on a 6-month project in Cardiff.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar Facades Manager / Facades Site Manager role on construction projects and will be confident managing subcontractors, programme, quality and site activities.

The Role
- Manage all facade works on site from start through to completion
- Coordinate facade subcontractors and site teams
- Monitor progress against programme and ensure key deadlines are met
- Ensure works are completed to the required quality and specification
- Coordinate with the wider site management team and other trades
- Maintain high standards of health & safety
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Identify and resolve any issues affecting programme or quality

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar Facades Manager role is essential
- Strong knowledge of facade construction and installation
- Experience working for or alongside a main contractor
- Strong subcontractor and site management skills
- Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements
- Ability to start immediately
- Relevant Construction Qualifications/CSCS Required
